StorOx 2.0 is an OMRI listed organic solution for protection of your crops after harvest
StorOx 2.0 is a versatile postharvest tool that extends shelf life and reduces spoilage of stored crops. A chlorine alternative that leaves no residues. Use StorOx 2.0 in all packing shed and postharvest applications to kill bacteria, fungi, and their spores, which cause premature decay. StorOx 2.0 uses an oxidation chemical reaction to kill bacteria, fungus, and molds. More specifically, StorOx 2.0 reacts on contact with the enzymes and proteins that make up simple cell plant pathogen organisms.
StorOx 2.0 is now labeled for hard surface treatments including sanitization and disinfection of packing and processing equipment, packaging equipment, field equipment and other post-harvest applications. Listed microorganisms include E-coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Staph, Listeria and other gram-positive and negative bacteria.

StorOx 2.0 in a Post-Harvest Program
StorOx 2.0 uses the same PAA-based oxidation chemistry as ZeroTol 2.0 but is specifically labeled for post-harvest applications - packing shed sanitation, equipment wash-down, and postharvest surface treatment of harvested crops to reduce spoilage organisms and extend shelf life. Chlorine alternatives like StorOx 2.0 are increasingly preferred in packing operations because they leave no residue, are pH-independent, and don't generate chlorinated byproducts that can affect taste or trigger regulatory concerns in export markets.
The hard surface disinfection label (E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and other food safety pathogens) means StorOx 2.0 covers both the crop treatment and the facility sanitation side of a post-harvest food safety program in a single product.
