Customer agrees that all such risks shall be assumed by Customer. Company warrants that Private Label Products conform to the chemical description on the label subject to the inherent risks referred to above. Before using any Products, Customer shall determine the suitability of the Product for its intended use, and Customer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
