Ventilation plays an important role in greenhouse growing. Vertical airflow (VAF) fans produce an air current that is forced outward and downward along the ceiling and sidewalls of the greenhouse and then is moved upward through the crop. Using this type of greenhouse fan can create a much better and more uniform climate and it can also lead to energy savings.
