Reznor Unit HVAC Systems

Reznor was founded in 1888 to make the “Reznor” reflector heater. This used a bright flame gas fired heater made by George Reznor. This new technology was a quick success and helped the growth of gas heating in home and commercial uses. Technological development and growth have been the hallmark of Reznor items through the years.

Our most recent update helps to lower downtime by making it easier to identify when a unit needs attention. An external LED is fixed to the bottom of each unit that blinks if there is a problem that needs service.

When fixing a unit, the quarter turn latch on the hinged service door can be easily opened with a screwdriver. The door remains attached to the body to prevent door drops that can cause injury and damage. A fault code shows on the seven-segment display inside the unit to make fixing quick and easy.
