Just choose your favorite media and you are good to grow. Mat is ETL listed and the light is UL listed.

The cubes are made from inert material, free of potential pathogens like mold, fungus, mildew and other undesirable agents that can cause plant disease. The tray comes pre-filled with 50 individual cubes that make planting easy with their unique star-shaped dibble. These cubes eliminate the frustration, mess and additional labor of having to break up a sheet of cubes prior to use. The open cell, water-absorbing foam is specifically designed to produce rapid root development. The fine cell design of this foam is a higher density, lower drainage material developed expressly for propagating healthy, robust plants. The unique star-shaped dibble allows for large and small stemmed cuttings and seed sizes without scratching or stripping the exterior surface.
