Conveyors increase workflow efficiency and are integral to many harvesting processes. Munch Machine conveyors allow the operator to keep bucking without stopping to empty bins. If you buck directly into a trimmer, the conveyor’s variable-speed motor can be adjusted to match the speed of your trimmer.

Munch Machine conveyors are fitted directly onto their buckers to form an integrated unit. The bed features a unique belt edge guard to keep debris away from the internals and the whole conveyor bed slides out and tilts down for fast and easy cleaning.

Slide & Tilt

The slide & tilt feature allows operators to release and tip the conveyor bed for quick cleaning of all surfaces. The stainless steel perimeter shielding funnels all material onto the belt and can also be removed. Both of these actions are done quickly and easily without tools.

Easy Cleaning

For easy deep cleaning, the belt loop can be de-tensioned, split, and completely removed in minutes with basic tools. These features greatly reduce downtime for cleaning and increase workflow efficiency

Purpose-Built to Work with Munch Machine Buckers

The Munch Machine conveyor design is different and better. Unlike others, their conveyors attach directly to their standard-setting Mother Bucker and Double Bucker and move together as a single integrated unit.

This design is both sturdier and more efficient than a separate, stand-alone rack and conveyor set-up. The stainless steel conveyor bed shielding fits tightly against the bucker and funnels all bucked flower onto the belt, virtually eliminating material loss.
