The MBX Bucker by Mobius is a reliable workhorse for all of your bucking requirements. The MBX Bucker can strip 150 lbs of flower per hour. User controllable speed accommodates both wet and dry bucking with the same machine. The unit is also the only commercial-scale bucker to offer integrated stem chipping. This greatly reduces waste volume, frequency of waste disposal, and ensures Health Canada compliance for disposal with no further processing.

Integrated Stem Chipper
Convenient Waste Management
The Mobius MBX Bucker is the only commercially available bucker to include an integrated stem chipper. After the stem is pulled through the feed hole die plate to remove the flower and leaves, it passes through 2 precision engineered stainless steel cutting blades powered by a 3/4 HP motor.
Waste stems are consistently diced to a manageable size to more efficiently fill the catch tote, reduce how often the machine is emptied, and eliminate the need for further processing prior to disposal. For comparison, one bag of chipped stems is roughly equivalent to 20-25 bags of unchipped stems.

The Mobius MBX Bucker has die plates ranging from 4 to 7 feed holes to accommodate stem sizes up to 1/2" diameter. Hole options include round and star-shaped configuration. The 1/2 HP variable speed motor is gentle on flower but offers uncompromising pulling power on stems. Bucked flower is funneled by a stainless-steel chute to an accessible catch tote or an optional conveyor for fully automated workflows.
The MBX Bucker has a standard reverse feature for when larger stems get stuck. No forcing stubborn branches through and risking the integrity of your product

The glove-friendly control panel includes a reverse setting to help clear stem obstructions and a safety stop within operator reach. The unit is compliant to CSA guarding standards to ensure hands stay clear from moving parts.
E-Stop
Emergency stop button – stops all moving parts on the device.
Start/Chip
Energizes the electrical panel and starts the integrated chipper (if equipped). Note: This button will be illuminated when in operation.
Forward
Initiates forward roller direction for normal operation
Reverse
Initiates reverse roller direction for removing stems
Stop
Stops infeed motor. Note: Under normal conditions, rollers do not need to be stopped when toggling between forward and reverse direction.
Speed
Turn dial to adjust roller speed to desired rate.

Must have with a commercial trimmer
The MBX was an essential addition to the M108s. Running the Bucker at 7-8 was more than enough to keep a M108S happy and fed well. Couple it with the infeed and outfeed conveyors for the perfect timing and volume of product. The ability to tune the speed of the bucker allows for variance in crop and bud density. A fluffy sativa can be turned down to preserve bud integrity whereas a nugged up indica can be pulled through much faster, and watch them pop. Perfect for the industry standard nugget.
