Dosatron Water Powered Doser, 100 GPM 1:500 to 1:50, Viton Seals - 2 Inch (D20SVFII)

What flow rate and injection range does the D20SVFII operate at?

The D20SVFII operates at up to 100 GPM, with an injection ratio range of 1:500 to 1:50 with Viton seals.

How does the D20SVFII work mechanically?

It's a water-driven piston — no electricity required. Water pressure activates flow through the unit, which drives a piston that proportionately doses solution for every gallon that passes through. A check valve at the bottom displaces the solution downstream as it mixes into the water source.

What applications is the D20S Megaflow designed for?

The D20S is designed for very large outdoor projects, large greenhouses, or filling massive tanks at high fill rates. It has a built-in bypass knob, requires no mixing chambers since internal design handles blending, and comes with Viton seals — meaning pH-up should be diluted before injection since minimum injection rate is 7.5 mils per gallon.

Can units be run in parallel to increase flow rate?

Yes. Running two units of the same model in parallel doubles the flow rate while injecting the same chemistry at the same rate — both units must inject the same nutrient part at the same setting.
