What is the Dosatron Etatron eOne micro-doser?
The Etatron eOne is an ultrasonic micro-dosing pump built for very low flow, high-precision chemical injection. It uses an electronic diaphragm pump controlled by an ultrasonic flow sensor rather than a mechanical piston, reacting at 0.01 GPH and shutting off instantly when flow stops — with no catch-up dosing.
What is this micro-doser best used for?
It's ideal for injecting highly concentrated chemicals — especially full-concentrate sulfuric acid for pH correction — at very precise, low rates where over- or under-dosing has real consequences. This eliminates the need to dilute and handle concentrated acid manually.
How does this integrate with an existing fertigation system?
It can run as a stand-alone doser or integrate into an existing Dosatron NDS setup for automated pH correction, and is compatible with Dosatron's DS Controller platform when paired with a flow sensor for closed-loop pH adjustment.
