The Under Current COMM DWC Hydroponic System is a Greenhouse Grade Re-Circulating Water Culture System made specifically for Commercial Growers.
The system includes the newly designed 35-gallon Multi-Mod Commercial growth module. It’s built to last a lifetime and produce consistent heavy harvests. It features a specialized recessed Drain Well that allows for full drain out and a Fast-Fill Float Valve for easy maintenance during planting cycles. This unit excels in "media-less" growing, utilizing Current Culture's industry leading "media-less" net pot insert/neoprene collar. Less inputs means less hassle!
The 35 gallon Under Current COMM systems will function much like their 8 and 13 gallon counterparts but will feature several unique and up-sized heavy duty components. Every element of the system has been reinforced and maximized for longevity in adverse greenhouse-style conditions.
All COMM systems come standard in a “Boneless” configuration WITHOUT straight sections of 3” PVC to allow for custom plant spacing. The COMM Air Manifold also comes standard in a “Boneless” configuration WITHOUT straight sections of 1.5” PVC to allow for custom plant spacing.

Growing in the Under Current COMM
For commercial applications, the Under Current COMM triumphs in efficiency and yields. The COMM system offers growers the opportunity to fill very large spaces and grow massive plants without the extra work of managing multiple systems and reservoirs. Having fewer larger systems equals higher productivity in terms of workflow, transplanting, maintenance and harvesting.
The Under Current COMM system would be best situated in either a greenhouse or indoors with a combination of vertical and horizontal lighting. The 35 gallon COMM growth module with single plant sites will be best utilized on 70”+ plant centers.
Starting plants in our 8-gallon Under Current® systems and transplanting them to the COMM module at a height of 3-4’ will yield a monstrous 8-10’+ finished plant when harvested.

COMM Growth Module: The re-designed Multi-Mod Commercial chamber is built to last a lifetime and produce consistent heavy harvests. It features a specialized recessed Drain Well that allows for full drain out and a Fast-Fill Float Valve for easy maintenance during planting cycles.
COMM Lids: The reinforced solid ABS COMM Lid allows growers to easily transfer plants from our 8 or 13 gallon systems by simply moving our standard CCH2O Lid and CCH2O Net Pot intact. The COMM lid is available in a 6-site version for tighter plant spacing and Sea of Green cultivation. All COMMLids incorporate dual port-hole access points and air inlet coves. Made In California.
Aqua-Pore Pro XL Bar Air Diffusers: All COMM systems come standard with our new Aqua-Pore PRO XL Bar Air Diffusers. Aqua-Pore Pro Diffusers have low back pressure creating significantly higher oxygen transfer rates and higher dissolved oxygen (DO) levels. The membrane’s tiny pore size creates extremely small diameter bubbles. These new diffusers are more durable, have a long-life, require low-maintenance and feature a quick connect fitting for easy installation.
Premium Linear Air System Delivery: The Premium Linear Air Delivery system will include the highest quality linear air pump. It will come standard with up-sized, quick-connect air manifold fittings and premium quality air hose.

Reverse Osmosis Water Filters
Water quality is of the utmost importance when growing in water culture. RO water allows growers to control all minerals and nutrients their plant's uptake. A reverse osmosis water filter is recommended for source waters exceeding 100 ppm.
Water Chillers
The highest levels of dissolved oxygen are only accessible with cool root zone temperatures. High water temperatures limit the solutions ability to hold dissolved oxygen, while also providing the ideal environment for dangerous pathogens. Water chillers ensure cool, consistent solution temperatures are provided to the root zone.
Meters & Testing
Utilizing metering equipment in your garden will offer precise monitoring over essential environmental factors such as pH, ppm/EC, temperature and humidity. When used in conjunction with dosing and controlling equipment, the Under Current has the potential to be completely automated.
