An Automatic pH Doser, Monitor, & Transmitter Built On A Decade Of Proven Technology With New, Enhanced Capabilities To Meet The Growing Demand For Highly Reliable Autonomous Dosing Applications
AgrowDose MPX dosing systems are autonomous pH set-point control systems consisting of a digital PHX hydroponics controller and ADi intelligent peristaltic pump. Available with 1, 2, or 4 independent pump heads. Configure each pump as a pH up, pH down, or ORP part. Precision sensors and rugged pumps offer reliable and accurate control of reservoirs, large and small.
Color LCD and button interface allows instant access to sensor readings, guided calibration, alarms, historical graphing, and more. The multi-recipe memory stores 14 different configurations for quick adjustments according to the growth phase. Dose up to 6 different chemical parts. Internal memory logs over 20,000 data points per sensor.
Precision sensors and rugged pumps offer reliable and accurate control. Built with FDA-compliant tubing, the pumps inject chemicals quickly into water lines up to 25psi. Long-life pump heads are easily replaced in seconds without tools. The controller's large built-in color display provides an easy-to-use interface for monitoring the sensor readings and configuring the dosing settings.
The PHX hydro sensor continuously monitors the sensor probes and compares the readings to "target" set points for pH and ORP (optional). If the readings are outside of the allowed range, the pumps will sequentially dose according to the configured recipe, repeating until the targets are achieved.
Each pump has a programmable delay time to separate parts and/or add a delay between the cycles.
