Mix Nutrients + Aerate With Just One Pump. Meet Aeromixer - Plant Feeding Made Easy

Aeromixer is a pump made specifically for growers, by growers, with a dual purpose: to mix nutrients, change the settings, then aerate feeding solutions with just one pump. Aeromixer makes feeding large and smaller gardens a breeze and reduces the need for air stones, air pumps, and pH up and down additives. Easily mixes large tanks while pumping up to 1/4 solids!

Mini Mixer Kit

Aeromixer's Mini Mixer Kit is the same great product in a smaller size. We have redesigned Aeromixer to meet the needs of indoor growers and smaller scale farmers. Perfect for tanks as small as 15 gallons, the Mini Mixer still utilizes our patented air injection system to provide optimal aeration while mixing.

Tall Tank kit

Aeromixer Tall Tank Kit has all the same great features as our Regular Kit but with a much longer air intake hose! Use the longer air intake hose to directly inject nutrients into your Feed Tank without having to climb ladders and make a mess. Perfect for all Tanks 50-3000 gallons and a MUST-HAVE for any Feed Tank over 5 feet tall!

Synthetic Pro kit

If you prefer synthetic fertilizers in your feed tanks, Aeromixer Synthetic Pro is your new best friend. With upgraded heavy-duty components made of 316/304 stainless steel and a handling capacity of as much as two pounds of synthetics per gallon of water, Aeromixer Synthetic Pro is tough enough for the most powerful of fertilizers.

Includes:

  • Aerojet with heavy duty braided nylon air hose
  • Aeromixer 3/4 HP pump or 1/6 HP pump with Mini Mixer
  • Powder coated stabilized footing (on the Regular and Tall tank mixer only)
  • Stainless steel mounting screws
  • Detailed instruction manual
  • Garden hose adapter
  • Universal cut to fit adapter
  • Nylon lowering rope
Aeromixer With hose

There are Major Benefits to the Aeromixer

  • No More Air Stones! Traditional air stones require constant replacement, and often there are a lot of nutrients left at the bottom of the tank. Problem solved with the Aeromixer's mixing ability and Aerojet technology!
  • Mix and Aerate with an all in one pump! Stop breaking up floating nutrients and unclogging cheap sump pumps. Spend that time thinning, trellising, and caring for your plants. Work in your garden not in your fertilizer tank!
  • Easily Stabalize pH! Aeromixer utilizes Patented Aerojet Technology to inject air, helping reduce the need for pH stabilizers and promoting even mixing of liquid and/or dry fertilizers in your feed tank. Aeromixer is the only mixing pump on the market that keeps nutrients mixed and aerated at the same time and distributes fertilizers evenly to your garden.

No More Wasted Nutrients!

Aeromixer - No More Nutrients Wasted Nutrients

Ensure that all of the money you spend on fertilizers and nutrients go directly where you want them. Never leave precious nutrients sitting at the bottom of your feed tank again! Get them evenly spread to all your garden for bigger yields and no more waste!

Nutrients suspended in solution

Aeromixer - suspends nutrients in a water tank

Aeromixer utilizes patented Aerojet technology to prevent nutrients from settling on the bottom of your tank. Like a supercharged airstone, our pump injects a LOT of air.

Mix, Aerate and Feed

Aeromixer - Pumping at up to 4,450 gallons/hour, Aeromixer makes feeding fast and simple

You can use Aeromixer to feed your garden. Pumping at up to 4,450 gallons/hour (1,600 gph for the Mini), Aeromixer makes feeding fast and simple. Our pump mixes + aerates, or feeds; what more do you need?

AeroMixer Nutrient Mixer & Aerator Pump Videos

AeroMixer Nutrient Mixer & Aerator Pump Questions & Answers

Q: How long should I run my Aeromixer
A: Recommended run times depend on the size of your tank. Please see the table at the bottom of page 8 of our instruction manual for recommended run times.

Q: Can I run it continuously?
A: We do not recommend running Aeromixer continuously.

Q: Can I use this in a soft tank?
A: Our Mini Mixer is perfect for soft tanks and smaller reservoirs! We don't recommend using our regular or tall tank Aeromixer kit in soft tanks. In rare cases the stabilizing system can puncture the sidewall.

Q: Does it heat up?
A: Any motor creates heat, but if you follow our guidelines you will not experience any increase in temperature of your feeding solution.

Q: How much power does it use?
A: 6.2Amps per unit. Standard 15A circuits can handle 2 units, 20A circuits can handle 3.

Q: Can this be used for compost teas?
A: We do not advertise Aeromixer as a tea brewer. However, many of our local farms use Aeromixer to brew teas with great success using a timer that only runs Aeromixer in short bursts.

Q: Does Aeromixer have a warranty?
A: Yes, our units come with a 1 year full replacement warranty.

Q: Can I use this in a 15 gallon reservoir?
A: Minimum tank size is 50 gallons for all models except the Aeromixer Mini Mixer! Tank height must be atleast 2 feet for regular Aeromixer's and 1 foot for the Mini Mixer.

Q:  Can I use this in my 3,000 gallon tank?
A: Of course! The more water you have the longer it will take to mix/aerate. Multiple units can be used in large applications.

Q: So can it Mix, Aerate, and Feed?
A: Yes! but you need two Aeromixer's to accomplish this all at once. Aeromixer is designed to Mix and Aerate your tank, and can be used as a feed pump when it's not mixing. Most farms purchase two units for this reason.

Q: How does this settle my pH?
A: When the pH of a solution is acidic, it has free radical H+ ions that want to become neutral. Injecting air also injects other naturally occurring compounds in the air that H+ can grab onto, allowing for a less charged and, therefore, less acidic solution. Aeromixer works especially well for acidic solutions.

Q: What if my solution is too alkaline?
A: Aeromixer also works to neutralize alkaline solutions, which contain free radical OH- ions rather than H+ ions. Use of an Aeromixer pump will move an alkaline solution closer to neutral pH by injecting air, along with the naturally occurring compounds contained therein, into the mixture.

Q: My pH isn't where I want it?
A: Aeromixer helps reduce the need for pH stabalizers. It's always a good idea to check the pH of your solution before feeding. It may be nessisary to adjust the pH, and Aeromixer makes it easy! Run Aeromixer when adjusting to achieve quick and accurate readings.

Q: What fertilizers can this pump handle?
A: Aeromixer is a beast! It handles 1/4” synthetic particles and organic fertilizers with ease. No more than 1/4 pound of fertilizer per gallon of water.

Q: What the maximum height of tank I can use.
A: Water level must be under 8 feet for our Tall Tank kit and under 4 feet for our Mini Mixer.

Q: My Aeromixer is like a wild Bull in my tank! What do I do?
A: Check out our instruction if you haven't yet. Place Aeromixer with the handle facing up and Green Stabilizing Feet touching the wall of your tank. If you are still having an issue please contact us immediately. We are here to help!

Q: Can I move my Aeromixer when it's on?
A: No!!! Do not attempt to move the pump or put your hand in the water while plugged in

Q: Can I use Organic Fertilizers?
A: Absolutely! Most of the farms we visit use Organics with Aeromixer.

Q: Can I use Synthetic Fertilizers?
A: Yep! Aeromixer works great for synthetics aswell.

Q: Does Aeromixer get Chlorine out of my water?
A: Chlorine naturally off-gasses from water over time. Aeromixer will speed up this process dramatically!

Q:  Can I use the air hose to inject liquids into my water?
A: Yep! It’s a great way to get your nutrients injected directly into your tank without separation or solids forming

Q: Can I use the air hose to suck up powders?
A: Yep, but it can clog. We have seen great success in adding water to a powder to form a slurry, which the Aeromixer can slurp up. Just make sure the slurry isn’t too thick.

Q: Is foam normal?
A: Foam is the best! It’s nothing to worry about, a lot of nutrients create foam when aerated.

Q: How to reduce foam?
A: Easiest way to reduce foam is to plug the air intake for a short time. This is good for indoor feed tanks that you don’t want over foaming!

Q: Can I pick up the Aeromixer by its power cord?
A: NO! Always attached a rope to the carry handle of your Aeromixer to raise, lower, or place in your feed tank. Picking it up by the power cord will cause damage and could electrify the water!

Q: Is assembly required?
A: Yes, a small amount of assembly is required when you unbox your Aeromixer before the first use.

Q: Can I hook up my garden hose?
A: Yes! Aeromixer comes with many adapters to connect to your garden hose or other larger hoses if needed.

Q: What PSI does Aeromixer produce?
A: 13Psi, Aeromixer is not an irrigation pump, but will work with small systems.

Q: What is the difference between the tall tank kit and the regular tank kit.
A: The only difference between the two models is that the Aeromixer tall comes with a longer air hose for any tank that is over 5ft tall.

Powerful pump

This pump is powerful!!! It can take some getting use to, especially when it is mixing as it can propel itself around the tank if not properly stabilized against the wall of the tank. I was a little disappointed that you can’t mix and pump at the same time but the power makes up for the lack of multi-tasking ability. But a pump that does 75 gallons/ hr and a max vertical lift of 35’ , it provides plenty of pressure for irrigation lines
