Reduce labor costs and potency losses with the M9 Sorter. Grade up to 440lbs per hour with our gentle rotating belt design which eliminates manual handling and reduces trichome losses. With 9 sorting belts, the M9 is capable of sorting up to 1.5 x faster than the nearest competitor and over 90 x faster than manual sorting. When paired with the optional Autofeed Conveyor, the M9 eliminates all labor requirements and works seamlessly as part of the M108S Trimmer Tandem line.
Customizeable For Any Configuration
Combined with the optional Autofeed Conveyor, the M9 integrates seamlessly into the Mobius harvesting system, creating a fully automated process from bucking to sorting. To accommodate different workflows, the outfeed direction can be configured to both right or left orientations. Finally, the sorting partitions can be adjusted or removed in seconds, resulting in unlimited sorting-size options.
Meets CSA Guarding Standards
The M9 uses safety interlocks to provide the highest level of operator safety. The system automatically shuts down if a maintenance panel is removed, and the sorting tray immediately glows red to indicate a fault status. Once the fault is corrected the operator must restart the machine using the HMI controls, which complies with leading CSA, EU, and UL safety standards. Under normal operating conditions, the sorting tray is illuminated blue, which indicates it is ready to sort, or white when in operation.
GMP Ready
Cleaning is quick and easy with the M9 Sorter. The tool-free design eliminates lost bolts, and speeds cleaning. All maintenance panels, belts, and rollers can be easily be removed. In total, the machine can be disassembled for a comprehensive cleaning in less than 5 minutes.
