Dosatron Parts, Rebuild Kits & Replacement Accessories
Dosatron injectors are built for continuous commercial operation, but like any precision fluid handling device, they benefit from periodic maintenance and occasional parts replacement to maintain accuracy and reliability. Keeping commonly replaced components in stock prevents production downtime from an out-of-tolerance injector during an active growing cycle.
O-Rings, Pistons, Check Valves & Suction Tubes
The components most commonly replaced in Dosatron maintenance are: O-rings that seal the piston chamber (replacement frequency depends on chemical compatibility of the concentrate being injected — aggressive acids or oxidizers accelerate O-ring wear); the piston assembly itself (the core volumetric metering component — replace if injection volume drifts from set ratio); suction tubes and foot filters (the intake assembly that draws concentrate from the stock tank — replace if clogging or chemical degradation affects intake flow); and check valves (one-way valves that prevent backflow between the concentrate tank and water line — replace if backflow or siphoning is observed). Dosatron rebuild kits include all service components for a complete maintenance overhaul in one purchase.
Compatibility & Model Identification
Dosatron parts are model-specific — components for the D14MZ2 are not interchangeable with D25RE or D45RE parts. Identify your exact model number (printed on the injector body) before ordering replacement parts to ensure compatibility. Hydrobuilder stocks parts for the most common Dosatron models used in commercial horticulture. If you’re unsure which part you need or which model you have, call our expert team at 888-815-9763.
