I called & canceled my order & will no longer do business with HydroBuilder, spoke with two different people on different occasions & neither could give any information & did not offer any solution.
Hi, I purchased 125 20 gallon bags for our Loofah's here at our farm. As of this Friday, it will be 4 Weeks and they let me know it went back to the warehouse. 4 Weeks later.
Delivery is supposed to be next Monday, I have no faith in that. I recommend you find a more reliable source where you live. I am here in Michigan where this product was sent out. All the way to California, "by Mistake" Chelsea said.
