As business grew, we moved to a 14 000 s.f. warehouse and since the beginning of 2008 Atmosphere has built its’ own 46 000 s.f. green building warehouse and head office in Terrebonne, Quebec. This ecological building contains many environmentally friendly features including one of the largest vegetative green roof in Canada.
Website states orders are processed 1-24 hours, here we are a week later & there has been no updates or tracking information. I called & canceled my order & will no longer do business with HydroBuilder, spoke with two different people on different occasions & neither could give any information & did not offer any solution.
Hi, I purchased 125 20 gallon bags for our Loofah's here at our farm. As of this Friday, it will be 4 Weeks and they let me know it went back to the warehouse. 4 Weeks later.
Delivery is supposed to be next Monday, I have no faith in that. I recommend you find a more reliable source where you live. I am here in Michigan where this product was sent out. All the way to California, "by Mistake" Chelsea said.

NEVER shop here, they didn't send the right product, and are now insisting that we pay $100 restocking fee + $60 on shipping (meaning we don't get any money back).
