Mobius Trimmer Hot Swap Kit

A Hot Swap is the process where you change out the AirThread Tension Tumbler, bed knives and helical blades mid-trim session. The concept is to restore optimum performance and keep trimming without stopping for a complete cleaning of the machine.

• (x2) AirThread Tension Tumbler: Cradles flower during trimming and facilitates blade access. Plant-touching component to be replaced during a hot swap
• (x3) Helical Blade Assembly: As required to hot swap one M108S. Plant-touching component to be replaced during hot swap.
• (x3) Bed Knife Assembly: Box of three knives as required to hot swap one M108S. Plant-touching component to be replaced during hot swap.
• (x3) Space Bar: Box of three spacer bars as required to hot swap one M108S. Plant-touching component to be replaced during hot swap.
• (x2) Trim Tote with Gasket: Trim receptacle component of Integrated Separation System. Plant-touching component to be replaced during hot-swap.
• (x1) Brush Assembly: Ensures flower flow in tumbler. Plant-touching component to be replaced during hot-swap.
• (x2) Electrical Box Filter Mesh - 10 Pack: Particulate screen to be replaced as required. Should be checked regularly.
• (x3) Soan n' Store Tubs: Multi-purpose tub for cleaning and storage. Accommodates blade storage racks.
• (x1) Helical Blade Storage Rack: Multi-purpose rack that accommodates up to three helical blades for cleaning, or three full blade cartridges for storage (3 helical blades, 3 bed knives, 3 spacer bars)
• (x1) Helical Blade Support Rack: Rack that cradles three helical blades to facilitate cleaning bearing ends which should not be submerged in cleaning solution.
• (x1) Bed Knife & Spacer Bar Rack: Stackable rack for safe cleaning and storage of three bed knives and three spacer bars. Bed knives can be inserted blade-up to accommodate cleaning. Rack fits in Soak ‘n’ Store Tubs and can be submerged in cleaning solution.
