Short lifespan

Same problem here. I'm already on my fourth membrane. The Ro itself is very good quality but the membrane has a short lifespan.

Inconsistent RO Flow

These membranes rock for about 2 weeks, then drop from 1500 gpm to 800 using a 150 psi booster pump. My input ppm is only 300.
I have used about 6 of these and its so dang inconsistent. I like these guys, but not sure the claims on real hard water situations. Good luck
