EZTRIM NoBurp Bag Sell Sheet

EZTRIM NoBurp Bags are engineered with premium features for a more controlled, consistent, and dependable curing experience.

Our innovative one-way valve automatically and passively vents excess moisture vapor, COâ‚‚, and ethylene that builds up during curing, while blocking outside oxygen from entering the bag. This creates the ideal low-oxygen microclimate for smooth, consistent curing without any manual burping.

Key Benefits

  • Eliminates daily burping and manual maintenance
  • Preserves terpenes, aroma, and potency
  • Significantly reduces mold and mildew risk
  • Delivers consistent, professional-quality curing every time
  • Set-it-and-forget-it convenience from harvest to final storage
  • UV Protected 130 Micron Mylar food grade material
  • No Smell Leakage
  • Small product window on each bag

Heavy-Duty Resealable Ziplock Design

Premium food-grade ziplock closure provides a reliable airtight seal that’s easy to open and close repeatedly — perfect for checking or adding material.

Built-in Digital Hygrometer*

Every bag ½ pound and larger features an integrated digital hygrometer, giving you instant, accurate relative humidity (RH) readings at a glance. Maintain the perfect 58–62% RH range with zero guesswork. (*½ lb. and up)

Recommended Headspace

For best results, fill each bag to 75–80% capacity, leaving 20–25% headspace. This allows proper gas expansion and enables the one-way valve to function efficiently while the microclimate stabilizes.

How It Works:

NoBurp Bags use a built-in one-way valve that automatically vents excess moisture vapor and COâ‚‚ while blocking oxygen from entering. This creates the ideal low-oxygen environment for proper curing without daily burping. Bags 1/2 gallon and larger also include a built-in digital hygrometer so you can easily monitor relative humidity (RH) in real time.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Dry Your Flower Properly

Ensure your cannabis is properly dried before placing it in the bag (target 10–12% moisture content). Overly wet material can slow the curing process.

2. Fill the Bag

Place your buds or branches into the bag. Important: Fill the bag to 75–80% capacity. This leaves 20–25% headspace, which is necessary for the valve to work effectively.

3. Seal the Bag

Press out as much excess air as possible, then firmly seal the heavy-duty ziplock closure.

4. Let It Cure

Place the bag in a cool, dark location. No daily burping is required. The one-way valve handles gas release automatically.

5. Monitor (Bags 1 Gallon and Larger)

Check the built-in digital hygrometer periodically. Target range: 58–62% RH. If RH is too high, you can briefly open the bag to release excess moisture, then reseal.

6. Curing Timeline

Most flower reaches optimal cure in 2–4 weeks, depending on strain, density, and starting moisture.
