Dosatron Seal Kits
It is not always necessary to send your injector in for service, Dosatron units can easily be serviced in the field! The Seal Kits are recommended for Yearly Maintenance. These kits include all the necessary parts to keep your Dosatron unit in tip-top shape.

Viton Seals
Generally used for products with neutral to acidic pH. Ex: fertilizers, pesticides, acids (pH correction), supplements, surfactants

Aflas Seals
Generally used for products with a higher than neutral to alkaline pH. Ex: pH up products, calcium hydroxide (liquid lime), calcium carbonate, potassium carbonate

Kalrez Seals
Used specifically for Peracetic acid (also known as peroxyacetic acid, or PAA) products. Ex: ZeroTol, SaniDate, etc.

This kit includes the injection seals needed to service the D14MZ10 doser with Kalrez seals. It's the recommended annual maintenance item — Dosatron recommends replacing injection seals every year, or starting with a mini maintenance kit at 6 months if preferred.
How often should I replace injection seals?
Years 1-2: replace the injection seal kit annually. Years 3-5: continue annual seal kit replacement, then evaluate for a full rebuild kit. A simple fit test — sliding the piston up and down inside the bell housing to check for looseness — tells you when it's time to step up to a rebuild kit.
