Track Benches For Commercial Cultivation

CM Horticulture Benches are built to handle the work! Thoughtfully designed benching systems that deliver strength, flexibility, efficient movement, and long-term reliability.

Our Track Bench Systems reduce aisle space while maintaining crop access, helping growers increase productive canopy without expanding their facility. Available in multiple configurations and customized to your cultivation requirements

Designed for commercial grow environments, track benches improve space utilization while supporting consistent plant health and workflow efficiency. These systems are widely used in indoor cultivation to create scalable, high-performance grow operations.

Track Bench Options

  • Bench Width- 3', 4', 5'
  • Bench Height- 12", 20", 30" (Contact us custom heights ranging from 12"-38")
  • Bench Length- 4' to 30' (TN) or 50' (TD)

Need custom sizing?

Every grow is different. If your facility requires a specific width, length, and height not shown here, please Contact Us to request your specific dimensions. We will work with you to get the correct bench size for your facility.

Expanded Metal Benches

CM Horticulture’s expanded metal benches are built with the same high-quality materials as our ebb and flow benches. The systems are similar in design, but use an expanded metal growing surface instead of ebb and flow trays.

Expanded metal benches are often incorporated into commercial cultivation facilities and retail growing areas. They use the same legs, framework, extruded aluminum side rails, and rounded corners as CM Horticulture’s ebb and flow benches, creating a consistent appearance when multiple bench styles are used within the same facility.

The aluminum side rails extend approximately three inches above the expanded metal surface to help prevent plants from being accidentally knocked off. Both the side rails and expanded metal tops are hot-dip galvanized after forming, creating a durable finish designed to maintain a clean appearance over time.

These benches are often selected for facilities that prioritize durability, airflow, and simplified cleaning in high-volume growing environments.

Neutral (TN) vs Drive (TD) - Whats The Difference?

CM Horticulture offers its Track Bench in two versions that share the same frame, floor-anchored rails, aluminum side rails, and ebb & flow trays, and come in the same widths (3' to 5'). The difference is how the bench is moved. The Mechanical Assist (Drive) version adds a chain-driven system: a control arm housing on one leg holds a sprocket, drive shaft, chain, and tensioner that connect to dedicated drive wheel bases through a drive traveler pipe, so an operator turns a drive handle instead of pushing the bench. That mechanical advantage is why it supports benches up to 50' long, almost twice the 30' maximum of the manual version, and its height range is 12" to 38".

The version without mechanical assist (Neutral) leaves out the drive hardware, so the bench is pushed by hand along its anchored rail. This makes for a simpler, faster install, and makes it best suited to shorter runs where pushing the loaded bench by hand is practical.

More Plants. Better Flow. Zero Wasted Space.

Every square foot in your facility matters. Track benches allow growers to reclaim wasted aisle space and convert it into productive canopy, without sacrificing accessibility.

Instead of permanent walkways, mobile bench systems create aisles only where and when you need them. This dynamic layout improves workflow, reduces labor inefficiencies, and allows your team to move through the space with purpose.

Whether you’re retrofitting an existing grow or designing a new facility, track benches provide the flexibility to adapt as your operation evolves.

Track bench systems are a foundational component of efficient cultivation, allowing growers to maximize canopy space while maintaining accessibility and control.

A System That Works the Way You Do

Track benches aren’t just about adding more plants, they’re about creating a smarter, more efficient cultivation environment.

By allowing benches to move laterally, growers can eliminate unnecessary steps, reduce congestion, and improve access to every plant. This leads to more consistent maintenance, better plant health, and a more productive team.

Each system is designed with your facility in mind, ensuring the right balance between density, compliance, and ease of movement.

When integrated with lighting, irrigation, and environmental controls, track bench systems help create a fully optimized cultivation environment that supports consistent growth across your entire canopy.

What This Means for Your Grow:

  • Higher yield potential without expanding your footprint
  • Faster, more efficient daily operations
  • Better access for pruning, harvesting, and maintenance
  • A cleaner, more organized grow environment
  • Improve yield per square foot by maximizing usable canopy space
