BioTherm Solutions DGS-M Dissolved Oxygen System Spec SheetThe DGS-M is an economical and effective means of enhancing dissolved oxygen content in irrigation water and boosting plant health and production. The DGS-M is a high-flow entry-level consumer-based system with expandability options. It can be paired up with the full suite of product offerings such as the O2-Gen for on-demand oxygen, an automation system or simply plug in a K-tank and go.

The BioTherm DGS Dissolved Oxygen System (DGS) is a highly efficient gas to liquid infusion technology that increases measurable dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in irrigation water.
The DGS system can be accompanied by BioTherm’s Oxygen Generation (O2 Gen) Package or an oxygen tank can be used for o2 supply. DO stat is available as an accessory. The DGS is built on a stainless steel frame, making it corrosionresistant and able to withstand the elements of the growing environment. Easily integrated to existing DO control systems.

How does the DGS-M Series Infuse Dissolved Oxygen
Leveraging our 44-year expertise in fluid dynamics and materials science, we have successfully developed our proprietary nanobubble technology, featuring a unique combination of precision engineering and innovative processes to produce nanobubbles with unparalleled stability and efficiency in diverse agricultural applications.
Installaing the DGS-M
The new DGS-M™ system is required to be installed on a recirculation pattern. This recirculation loop is independent of your irrigation system, requiring only the DGS-M™, an oxygen source of your choosing, a power supply and some extra PVC. The inlet is supplanted in your reservoir or pond and is connected to the onboard pump. Water then travels through the dosing matrix and is sent back into our reservoir through a separate pipe.
Our optional DO STAT can control the entire system based on a set point, however a handheld D.O. Meter can be used instead. If using a meter in place of a D.O. STAT™, simply hit the on/off switch when the set point is reached.
What Is A Nanobubble And Why Is It Important?
Nanobubbles are microscopic gas bubbles, typically 10-200 nanometers in diameter—about 1,000 times smaller than a human hair. Their unique properties, including a high surface area-to-volume ratio and exceptional stability in liquids, make them highly effective in plant cultivation. Research shows that when ozone is introduced as nanobubbles in irrigation water, it enhances root zone oxygenation, improves nutrient uptake, and boosts disinfection, leading to healthier, more resilient plants.
