AXEON PH-4520 pH Neutralizing Calcite Cartridge, 4.5 Inch x 20 Inch

The AXEON® PH-4520 pH Neutralizing Calcite Cartridge fits most standard 4.5" x 20" filter housings and contains 0.15 cubic feet of calcite media for raising the pH of acidic water. Acidic water in contact with calcite slowly dissolves calcium carbonate to raise pH, reducing the potential for corrosive leaching of copper, lead, and other metals from plumbing systems.

AXEON Calcite Cartridges include built-in pre- and post-filters to contain the media within the cartridge. The PH-4520 is a direct compatible replacement for the Hydro Logic ARCS Stage 3 pH Neutralizing/Remineralizing Cartridge (HL22015.3). Suitable for residential and commercial point-of-entry and point-of-use installations where pH correction is required upstream of RO membranes, boilers, or sensitive plumbing.
