Reversible 3-phase motor control relay interface for GrowControlâ„¢ GCX control systems and other applications
GrowControl MX3i motor controllers are intelligent reversing controllers for operating ridge vents, curtains, sidewalls and other 3-phase AC motors for forward/reverse motion. Rotary knob allows easy manual operation, or fully automatic operation from an Agrowtek control system.
Connects instantly to Agrowtek's GCX Cultivation Controls via a GrowNETâ„¢ port for advanced automated control functions. Internal microprocessor tracks position movements even when override knob is manually operated. Status of manual override knob is returned to the master GCX control system to notify of an override condition.
LED indicators on the front panel provide status of each contact. Interlocked electrical design prevents the motor from ever being energized in forward and reverse at the same time even if a relay fails or if a contact welds. Rugged metal enclosure for wall mounting. Durable high current relays for tough applications. Conduit knock-outs and screw terminals for easy electrical installation.

GrowNETâ„¢ port accepts MODBUS RTU communication for PLC control. Internal digital controller operates relays with MODBUS commands and logs the total number or relay contact closures for each relay in memory. Easily recall manufacturing info such as unit serial number, date of manufacture, contact count, status, etc.
