An All-In-One Batch-Type Fertigation System For Multi-Zone Greenhouses & Large Hydroponic Facilities
BDX BatchMatic Fertigation Systems are batch-type nutrient mixing systems for multi-zone greenhouse irrigation and hydroponics facilities. Automatically mix recipes and correct pH according to your schedule, then send the batches to the programmed zones. Use the system to directly feed up to 14 zones of plants or send recipes to holding tanks.
Available with either 5, 10, or 12 chemical pumps. Each pump can be configured for EC nutrient dosing, pH up, pH down, or ORP as required.
Precision sensors and rugged pumps offer reliable and accurate control. Built with FDA-compliant tubing, the dosing pumps inject chemicals quickly and precisely.
Built on over a decade of proven technology and components with new, enhanced capabilities to meet the growing demand for highly reliable autonomous dosing applications. Designed to meet the needs of typical multi-room indoor growing facilities and mid-sized greenhouses without being overpriced or over-complicated. They're also made in the USA!

Batch Dosing Advantages
Batch dosing is a simple method for pre-mixing a batch of nutrient water, then feeding it to crop zones or holding tanks once the mixture is complete. Most hydroponic nutrients have instructions for feeding in ml/gal, which is what the BDX BatchMatic™ system uses for creating a recipe. Setting up recipes is as simple as entering the information from the manufacturer's feeding schedule, making the system straightforward to set up and understand.
Batch dosing is typically considered the safest approach to fertigation as it allows all parameters to be checked before sending the mixture to plants. Any critical problems, such as chemical outages, equipment faults, etc., can be detected before any damage is done to crops.
BDX BatchMatic systems have a variety of safety functions and alarm capabilitie,s including:
The system can automatically pause when any error condition is encountered and send an email alert to multiple recipients, as well as display a red alert dialog on the touch screen indicating the error.

Optional Upgrade for BDX System
High-quality ORP (Redox) sensor probe. Made in USA
Sensors Require continuous contact
BDX systems require the sensors to be continuously in contact with the water to properly manage the dosing pumps. Probe can be located in the reservoir tank, or may be installed inline with a continuously recirculating water flow.
pH & ORP probes must remain wet to avoid damage. Do not allow probe tips to dry!
Optional Add-ons:
Redundant Sensor Option
Precision, rugged sensor probes are made in the USA. Available with redundant sensors for enhanced protection from sensor failure. Automatically shut down the system when the error between sensors exceeds the allowed limits and trigger alarms.
Valve Expansion Panel
Each BDX system can accept one VXP8 valve panel to expand the system to up to 14 zones. An eight (8) valve expansion panel allows up to 13/14 zones to be managed by a single BDX dosing system. Easy connection to the base system with a manifold connection and wall wall-mounted panel
Vertical Batch Tank
Compact footprint with heavy-duty tank stand, the VBT series tank system is available in 55, 100, and 350 gallon capacities as a mixing vessel option for the BDX system. Order a tank with your system or supply your own.
Input Trigger Module
Input trigger module is equipped with eight (8) inputs to expand the two (2) internal BDX machine's trigger inputs to 10 total inputs. Inputs can be used with low-level sensors to trigger batches to down-line holding tanks, monitor for chemical outages, or for external machine stops.
The timing of the delivery is extremely expedient, and the beneficial nematodes are very effective. I will definitely purchase from this company again and I highly recommend their beneficial nematodes.
I've never had an issue with any order, ever. That's for myself, and when i've also sent things to other growers. I LOVE the BioNova line so much, thank you for keeping it here!!
I entered without knowing what I needed to complete my setup, and left with gear that suited my needs and confidence in using it. The team described everything simply, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Rarely does one find this service model today!
We ordered the triple threat for our raised bed garden of around 21 beds and our greenhouse. We have terrible problem with pests and hate using pesticides so we thought why not.
We applied them all through out and then decided to come in the house with the microscope and see what they looked like and they were Alive and moving well! I cant say that they work yet but we will be ordering again in the spring and reapplying! I believe they have plenty of time to do some damage this year still!
Kentucky zone 6-7 for reference on our growing season.
