Powair Odor Neutralizer & Air Treatment Products
Powair is a botanical-based odor neutralizer formulated from plant-derived compounds that react with and permanently alter airborne odor molecules rather than masking them with a competing fragrance. The Powair product line includes gel, spray, and block formats designed for different application scales and environments -- from the passive gel that provides ongoing ambient odor neutralization in a small space to concentrated spray formulations for direct application to odor sources and high-volume areas. Powair's botanical formulation produces a characteristic citrus-herb scent that is less intrusive than some competing odor control products while providing effective neutralization.
Product Formats
Powair gel containers function similarly to ONA gel -- passive evaporation of the active botanical compounds from the gel surface neutralizes airborne odors continuously over the container's service life. Powair spray delivers a concentrated dose for immediate odor event management and can be applied directly to surfaces, drains, and problem areas as well as diffused into the air. The Powair block format provides a slow-release solid form for HVAC integration and enclosed space applications where airflow over the block distributes the active compounds through the ventilated area. Placement Guidelines
As with all odor neutralizer products, do not place Powair products inside the growing space during active production -- the botanical compounds interact with plant terpenes and aromatic compounds. Position outside the tent, near exhaust vents, in adjacent rooms, and at facility entrances. Fast shipping.
Powair FAQ
What is Powair made from?
Powair is a botanical-derived odor neutralizer based on concentrated plant essential oil compounds -- primarily derived from citrus and herb plant sources. The active compounds are plant terpenes and related volatile organic compounds that chemically react with odor-causing molecules in the air, altering their structure and reducing their odor intensity. The formulation is designed to be biodegradable and non-toxic to humans and animals at application concentrations. The characteristic scent is a citrus-herb profile that most users find preferable to the stronger scent of some competing odor control products.
How does Powair compare to ONA gel?
Powair and ONA are both plant-derived botanical odor neutralizers that work through similar chemistry -- both contain plant terpene complexes that react with and neutralize airborne odor molecules rather than masking them with fragrance. The primary differences are formulation specifics (each brand has its own proprietary blend of botanical compounds), scent character (Powair tends toward citrus-herb; ONA has a more eucalyptus-forward profile), and product format availability (both offer gel and spray; block and dispenser formats differ between brands). Performance is broadly comparable for typical grow room odor management applications.
How much Powair gel do I need for my grow room?
Powair gel coverage depends on air exchange rate and the severity of the odor source. General guidelines: one 1-liter container placed near the exhaust vent or in the room adjacent to the growing space is sufficient for a single 4x4 to 5x5 tent. For larger operations or facilities with multiple rooms: one container per 200-400 square feet of adjacent space being treated. Heavily odorous conditions or spaces with poor air sealing require more product. Position the container where natural air movement from the exhaust fan carries the Powair compounds across the space being treated.
Is Powair safe for humans and pets?
Powair is formulated from GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) botanical compounds at application concentrations. At the dilute concentrations in ambient air from a gel or spray application, the product is not considered hazardous. Direct inhalation of concentrated spray or ingestion by pets is not recommended -- keep all odor control products secured away from pet access. For grow rooms with occupants spending extended periods inside the treated space: apply spray products when the space is unoccupied and allow ventilation before re-entry.
Does Powair affect my plants?
Powair products should not be placed inside the active growing space during production. The same botanical compounds that neutralize external odors interact with the aromatic terpene compounds that aromatic crops produce internally, potentially affecting the terpene profile. Keep Powair gel and spray outside the tent, positioned near exhaust outlets and in adjacent spaces. During harvest and post-harvest processing outside the growing space, Powair can be used freely without concern about affecting living plants.
