Store is great the quest 165 dual is junk it keeps blowing fuses them thermal coupler then freeze up.. I have had nothing but problems with these. Quest itself sent me new units that failed within a year I started with 3 now have 5 and only 2 are working the rest to expensive to fix a product they discontinued..now I have a 220 and its flashing codes..quest you suck
Website states orders are processed 1-24 hours, here we are a week later & there has been no updates or tracking information. I called & canceled my order & will no longer do business with HydroBuilder, spoke with two different people on different occasions & neither could give any information & did not offer any solution.
Hi, I purchased 125 20 gallon bags for our Loofah's here at our farm. As of this Friday, it will be 4 Weeks and they let me know it went back to the warehouse. 4 Weeks later.
Delivery is supposed to be next Monday, I have no faith in that. I recommend you find a more reliable source where you live. I am here in Michigan where this product was sent out. All the way to California, "by Mistake" Chelsea said.

From locating the product through receipt of package, the whole process was well organized. Shipping cost was reasonable and delivered quickly. THANK YOU!
NEVER shop here, they didn't send the right product, and are now insisting that we pay $100 restocking fee + $60 on shipping (meaning we don't get any money back).
I will never recommend or shop here again.
