  • Our response to COVID-19

    Hello,

Hydrobuilder.com is open for business and orders are shipping as quickly as possible. Due to social distancing measures some orders are taking up to 14 business days to ship out. Most orders are shipping and delivering within 10 business days.

Our thoughts are with those who are impacted by COVID-19 already and we wish a speedy recovery to all those who are ill, and to those whose loved ones are battling this virus. We also want to express gratitude to the first responders on the front line of treating those who are ill.

On March 18th, we asked all of our employees to work from home beginning the following day as a precaution and as a way to #flattenthecurve.

Our warehouses are currently running 'skeleton' crews, or at less than full capacity as a way to limit the number of people coming into contact with each other and as a way to maintain social distancing. This will happen for as long as necessary in order to keep people safe. Some shipments may be delayed because of this precaution. We will do everything in our power to communicate thoroughly and effectively with you if your order has been delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We will list up-to-date lead times on each product page on our website so you have a clear understanding of when products will leave the warehouse.

The situation before us is fluid but trust that we are doing everything in our power to make sure all of the 10,000+ garden supplies on our website are shipped to you quickly and safely. Whether you are a commercial cultivator or hobby grower - we're here to keep your garden growing.

Have questions for us? Call us at 888-815-9763 or click here to email an expert. Thank you for your support and understanding during these unprecedented times.

    Sincerely,

    The Hydrobuilder Team
