The Nutrient Delivery System is a simplistic system made up of four main panel sections which can be arranged to accommodate a wide variety of fertigation programs. With total control in mind, customizing the entire panel is easy based on your personal nutrient program! The Nutrient Delivery System thrives anywhere, from greenhouse environments to outdoors, allowing it to be installed in any application. By automating the nutrient delivery process it accurately dispenses the desired solution. This makes the time-draining practice of “measure and pour” a thing of the past, saving you time and money!
Creating the right nutrient mix for your hydroponic growing operations is a delicate science. With Dosatron’s full line of injectors, you can automate your process to create fine-tuned, multi-chemical mixes with repeatable results, every time!
They are water-powered so no electricity is needed and compared to other dosing products on the market, they are easy to maintain and keep in service — saving you time and money.
Accurate
Used to accurately fill reservoirs or in a drain to waste system — eliminating the need to measure and pour.
Simple to use
Easy to adjust the amount of nutrient being dispensed — simply turn the dial to set the necessary dosage rate. Simple and inexpensive to maintain — easy to use!
Design
Designed to perform in both indoor and outdoor environments. Now that’s awesome!
Precise
Precise nutrient management will save you money by eliminating waste and increasing yields.
Each Dosatron System will be built with either 3/4" (Lo-Flo) or 1.5" (Hi-Flo) Starter Kit, Mixing Chamber Kit, and Water Hammer Arrestor Kit.
The Lo-Flo Series has a Flow Range of 2 - 10 GPM. The Hi-Flo Series has a Flow Range of 5 - 40 GPM
Starter Kit
Includes: Union, Check Valve, Elbows, Nipples, Hose Adapter, Banjo Ball Valves, Tee, Y Filter, Pressure Regulator, Female Coupler, and Roll of Pink Teflon Tape.
Mixing Chamber Kit
Includes: Mixing Chamber, Union, Nipples, Roll of Teflon Tape.
Water Hammer Arrestor Kit
Includes: Water Hammer Arrestor, Tee, 4 inch Nipple, Elbow, Close Nipple, Union, Roll of Pink Teflon Tape.
All of the system parts pictured here are for the Lo-Flo 3/4" System. Hi-Flo items differ slightly.
You will have the choice of a Monitor Kit or an End Kit (no monitor). Dilution Solutions' Water-Powered NDS Monitor Kit measures and displays the well-blended outgoing solution providing peace of mind
The End Kit is an alternative to the Monitor Kit for those whose requirements dont involve extra caution via the Auto Dosing Monitor.
The order of the 4 main components are assembled in the following order:
The Dosatron Injectors will come after the Mixing Chamber kit and before the Monitor/End Kit
If you only need 1 or a few pieces of the Dosatron System, you can view all the individual parts and kits here, Dosatron Parts & Kits
The Dosatron Nutrient Delivery System is customizable. More dosers can be added as needed. You will need to make sure you choose Dosatron Injectors that are compatibile with the type of Dosatron System you a building, Lo-Flo or Hi-Flo.
Dosatron water-powered, non-electric chemical injectors are the easiest, most reliable way to accurately inject chemicals into water lines. Dosatron injectors work using volumetric proportioning, ensuring that the chemical mixture remains the same regardless of variations in pressure and flow.
When water enters the injector, it triggers the hydraulic motor, which begins moving up and down inside the body of the injector. On the up stroke, the Dosatron draws fluid up from the concentrate tank in an action similar to a hypodermic syringe. On the down stroke, the concentrate is displaced into the mixing chamber, where it is mixed with the water flowing through the unit. Then the water-and-chemical mixture is discharged into the water lines.

Dosatron Injector Name Definitions
Here is an example of the Hi-Flo 1.5" Dosatron System in place working in tandem with the Etatron eOne Micro-Dosing Pump. In the diagram, Part B, this is where is Mixing Chamber Kit also is but isn't labeled. The Dosatron Injecor being used are the D8 series which are specifically for the Hi-Flo series at 40 GPM. The Monitor Kit comes with the option of no monitor if you have no need for it. The Water Hammer Arrestor Kit is seen last which leads your perfetly dosed nutrient solution to its final destination.
Other applications include:
What can be injected?
The eOne is a multifunction microprocessor dosing pump, suitable for applications which require proportional dosing. The pump operates at a dosing frequency up to 180 impulses/minute, and is equipped with backlit graphic display for correct setting of the various programming parameters.
The Etatron eOne Micro-Doser can accurately inject super-concentrated products and can be integrated into an existing fertigation system. The Micro-Doser is able to hit target rates of many high-value products on the market
These kits can work in combination with a Dosatron Water-Powered NDS, or as a stand-alone solution, to provide the ultimate in reliability and functionality in one system
