Bionova P 20 is a food grade mineral fertilizer 20% phosphor. Plants have high demands for phosphor in the first weeks of flowering. this gives a head start in the development of fruits/flowers.

What is Bionova P 20?

Bionova P 20 plays an important role in forming the energy carriers and DNA. it is indispensable for the metabolism of sugars and forming cell membrames. Plants directly absorb all food grade minerals which gives you optimal control of your plants. Bionova P 20 can also be used when having a deficiency in phosphor. A deficiency of phosphor manifests itself in a slow growth and purple decolourisation of the nerves at the lower surface of the leaf and purple stems caused by an anthocyan-accumulation. An excess of phosphor results in an ill-growing plant with an induced shortage of zinc. Before P 20. it used to be a problem to add any form of phosphor to crops that would be absorbed entirely and very fast without any harmful side-effects. Bionova P 20 is absorbed fast. and does not have any side-effects. Bionova P 20 is free of chlorides or other excess ingredients.

• If plants present symptoms of phosphorus (P) deficiencies like: short and purple-reddish petioles, short root systems with no root hairs, dark brown spots on leaves and slowed growth/flowering. Apply Bionova P20 to the cultivation, to recover plants from this nutritional shortage.
• Phosphorus is important to provide the necessary energy used by the plant's metabolism to absorb and synthesize important molecules. Every single reaction inside a plant cell depends on the use of phosphorus as an energy source in the form of ATP (adenosine triphosphate).

• Increase the dosage of P20 one week before flowering phase, to stimulate a rapid flower induction.

Technical specifications

Application in irrigation : In case of severe phosphor deficiency add a max. of 5-10 ml per 10 litres of water. To stimulate root development and/or flowering add 1-5 ml. per 10 liters of water. A dosage of 1:1000 increases the total amount of P by 3.5 mmol.
