There are some subtle differences across all three of these LED fixtures, although they all look nearly identical - featuring an open, bar-style design. They also all cover a 4’ x 4’ footprint.
The SPYDR 2x is nearly half the output of the other two at just 340w, making it a great solution for some commercial growers but even serious hobbyists who are after the best light they can possibly find.
It delivers an average of 550 µmol/m2/s of highly uniform light, and can be mounted up to 10 different ways - no matter how you grow, this light can be implemented in your room, grow tent, or warehouse! It’s passively cooled with no fans, which means no noise - and better yet, no maintenance!
If you want all the greatness of this light with a bit more power, then the 2i or 2p versions are going to be more your speed. They are 630 watts each and put out an astounding 1,060 µmol/m2/s over a 4’x4’ (122×122 cm) canopy.

Consider Ambient CO2 Levels When Shopping Fluence LED Lights
If you’re not quite sure which of these three powerful LED fixtures by Fluence is right for you, then consider your ambient CO2 levels.
For those who do not supplement with CO2, and have relatively low ambient levels - the SPYDR 2x will be perfectly fine.
As you extend over the 400ppm range into the 800-1400ppm range, we encourage you to implement the more powerful SPYDR 2p - this beast of a grow light will help you get the most out of that CO2 production, which will supercharge crop growth.
If you’re a grower pushing the envelope with your CO2 supplementation, then opt for the most powerful of the three lights - the SPYDR 2i, which produces an astounding 1700 μmol/s PPF.
