Boost the range between Bluelab Connect products.
The Bluelab Connect Range Extender is required if you need to boost the signal range for wireless monitoring of your crop.
Simply plug into a power supply to use when there is a longer distance to cover between Bluelab Connect devices and the Bluelab Connect Stick. For extra-long distances multiple Connect Range Extenders can be used.
System Requirements: Microsoft Windows XP or greater, Mac os x 10.7.3 or greater or Linux/Java 6 or above for Bluelab Connect Software. Internet connection for remote access & data-logging to the cloud.

Bluelab Connect Range Extender Questions & Answers
How far apart can my connect stick and connect device be?
The line-of-sight distance between a connect stick and the connect device (ie Guardian Monitor Connect or Connect Range Extender) should be:
- Indoor up to 66ft or 20 M
- Outdoor up to 164 ft or 50 M
Bluelab recommend positioning your Connect Range Extender and the Guardian Monitor Connect as high off the ground as possible, 6ft / 1.8M is the optimum height.
Why does my signal strength change when the devices are in a fixed location?
Radio frequency transmissions are very sensitive to the environment so many factors can affect how strong the signal is. This includes wind, rain, moving objects and interference from electrical devices such as microwaves or motors and pumps.
Why does my signal strength take a while to update if I move a device?
The software only checks the signal strength at each device at 1 minute intervals, so any changes will not be detected until the next time a check is run.
