Twister tools and equipment are known for their industry leading reliability, dependability and durability. Should your TWISTER product ever malfunction from defects in materials or workmanship, Keirton Inc. will repair, replace or provide parts free of charge.

For added peace of mind, an optional 2 Year Full Extended Warranty may be purchased at the time of purchase. Keirton will provide, without charge, any repairs or parts needed due to deficiencies in materials or workmanship.
What is Covered
This warranty covers defects of material and workmanship.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, alterations, normal wear and tear or cosmetics changes caused by abrasives, chemical cleaners or plant matter buildup.
What is the Coverage Period
The Dealer delivery date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period if the product warranty was not registered or proof of purchase is not provided at the time warranty service is requested.
How to Obtain Service
Do not return the product to the store. Please contact Keirton Inc. at 1-888-254-4304 or go online to www.twistertrimmer.com/customer-support/. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase for any product that has not been registered.
What We Will Do to Correct Problems
Defective parts will be repaired or replaced, at KeirtonÕs option, and returned at no charge.
How Local Laws Relate to the Warranty
All Twister warranties exclude all incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state, province to province, or country to country.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for Twister products. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Keirton.
