The 860w LED PRO XR is the new workhorse light fixture for the industry. The 860w LED PRO XR is built off the industry-leading Luxx 645 Pro product platform. It features two additional 100W LED bars to increase total light output and maintain PPFD uniformity over a larger area ensuring consistent growth across 5-6ft tray widths. The bar layout used by the Luxx 645 Pro and 860w LED PRO XR enables the fixture to be placed close to the canopy maximizing PPFD while the array of bars provide light coming from multiple locations at different angles to penetrate the canopy. This maximizes the absorption of light by plant leaves, increasing the effectiveness of the light and reducing wasted photons.
The Luxx Lighting 860w LED Pro XR has been developed by assessing SMD (Surface Mount Device) chips and drivers from leading manufacturers in controlled test applications and cultivation facilities for 3+ years. The 860w LED Pro XR deploys a lens angle of 120 degrees, from a 8 bar design. Luxx Lighting is the new standard for indoor cultivation.
The 860w LED Pro XR is the first true 5' wide LED fixture. It throws a 4' x 5' footprint, built for growers running 5' wide benches. The 860 boasts an average PPFD of 865 at 12".⠀These LEDs are designed to run low and wide. Drop it 12" - 18" off the canopy and hang them wall to wall while using the on-board dimming to deliver just the right amount of PPFD uniformly across the canopy.Features

The 860 Watt offers supplemental XR Spectrum light on top of Luxx's 3500K Wavelength
The XR spectrum is based on the success and consistency of the 645w LED Pro spectrum. The XR spectrum features increased red content to improve efficiency and photosynthetic effectiveness. Extensive grow studies have demonstrated that higher red content increases yield and potency in the flowering phase. The 860w LED Pro XR uses a mix of high-efficiency white LEDs and state-of-the-art red LEDs to achieve the highest efficiency and growth effectiveness with consistent results.⠀
Luxx Has Thought Of Everything, Even Down To How You Hang Your Lights!
Luxx takes another step as an industry leader by ensuring you aren't hand cuffed by how you have to hang your lights, so you know when you order these LED's for your grow, they'll work!
These lights come standard with a unistrut mounting bar (shown to the right) for sturdy, unwavering mounting. Another option is to mount with Lance Hangers (included) utilizing the included eye bolts attached to the fixture, allowing an additional 25" of space between the top of the fixture and where it's being hung. Finally, solid decking mounting is offered via the included solid decking mounts.
With Luxx, Quality Is More Than A Word!
In selecting an electronic driver for our light fixtures, we require a candidate to pass five critical reliability evaluations. Only then a driver can be considered for a Luxx Lighting fixture.
The tests we require include a wet/hot operating test under full load and maximum specified temperature, a thermal cycling test to check robustness of solder joints, a vibration test to check integrity of heavy components, an analysis of operating conditions for electrolytic capacitors to ensure their temperature and ripple currents are kept in check, and finally, a temperature evaluation of all critical components under various operating conditions to ensure sufficient guard bands vs maximum component specifications.

Take Control Of Your Lights, Connect Up To 480 Luxx LED Fixtures!
The Luxx NX-1 Lighting Controller is a simple and powerful system for controlling your lighting equipment. It is compatible with all Luxx Lighting fixtures. A group of up to 40 Luxx Lighting LED fixtures can be connected to both the main RJ9 port and the auxiliary RJ9 port of the controller.
This mighty controller has many functions and features to ensure lighting is one less thing you need to worry about. Some of the features include; 24 Hour Timer (on/off with inverse function), Auto-dim at Set temp, 2 temp sensors (for two rooms), as well as two outputs to control up to 80 ballasts! .
Are you running more than 80 lights? With the Luxx NX-200, used with the NX-100, you can run up to 200 extra lights per channel! This gives you the ability to run 480 lights total (240 per channel.)
