After years of testing, Mammoth Lighting has put together a proprietary blend of Samsung "Mint White" LM301h EVO diodes + LM301b diodes (Samsung EVO +3000k+5000k+660nm+730nm) to produce a light spectrum to optimize plant growth, increase yields and produce faster flowering times .... all while consuming less energy and reducing operating costs compared with traditional horticulture technologies.

Moreover, this newly engineered spectrum effectively inhibits the growth of microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, leading to longer-lasting storability. Lastly, its industry-leading PPE consumes minimal energy, contributing to long term energy-savings and reduced operational costs for indoor farms.

Samsung’s newest EVO chip has landed with Mammoth and a revolution in plant lighting has arrived. Using a differentiated spectrum, trials show larger and heavier growth….even under the same ppfd conditions.

Samsung’s innovative plant-centric spectrum LED dramatically boosts photosynthesis over existing horticulture lighting solutions and results in better, more holistic plant growth. Its 437 nm spectral peak, a shorter wavelength than that of conventional horticultural white LEDs, also stimulates secondary metabolites, such as phenolics and flavonols, to improve plant’s nutritional quality.

Includes: 2 UV bars (UVA + UVB) + 100w driver to clip onto the Fold Series. Does not include the full Mint White Series Light (purchase separately)

Can also be used as a stand alone option. UV bars + driver and plug. UVA (395nm) + UVB (310nm). Recommendation is to hang between existing bars or lights and plug in for the last 2-3 weeks of flowering.

Why UV?

UV wavelengths can change the color, flavor, and smell of a plant. These changes in color, flavor, and smell often make plants more appealing to humans, but more toxic to some insects. Plants with increased levels of these flavor/smell compounds are less likely to get eaten by insects! Lastly, there is strong evidence that UV wavelengths light prevents the spread and severity of fungal spores.
