This Gavita Pro Plus 1000w EL DE HPS Bulb was specifically engineered for commercial applications, and to run on high voltage, high-frequency fixtures, such as the Gavita Pro line. It's made in Europe from the most premium grade lighting components and is the bulb of choice for commercial growers needing the highest output and best light maintenance bulb there is.

The bulb features a quartz glass jacket for the best lens possible and has a connection on each side of it, which eliminates a need for a frame wire inside the bulb, increasing performance and ease of use. We recommend you only use this bulb with the Pro line of Gavita fixtures. This is a 1000 watt bulb, but this same bulb is also available in 600w and 750w.

Do not touch this bulb with your bare hands, you need to wear gloves during installation/maintenance. Your hands have oils that can damage the bulb. Note that the warranty only applies to growers who use this bulb with a Gavita Pro Fixture.
