Amblyseius Andersoni appear commonly in parts of North America and Europe. They are generally located in areas with concentrations of grape and apple production, but can also be found in various soft fruits, peaches, and even certain conifers. Amblyseius Andersoni is a predatory mite that preys on multiple species of small arthropods and pollen. The adult Andersoni has a light beige pigment, and average in size a little less than 1 mm long. Andersoni females can lay approximately 35 eggs throughout their lifetime. Initially the younger larvae will only have 6 legs. Upon entering its next 2 nymph stages; the Andersoni will obtain a total of 8 legs.
