Here at Hydrobuilder, we work closely with many of the horticulture industry's top water filtrations manufacturers to provide clean water solutions for indoor and outdoor specialty plant and crop production. As a preferred dealer for these brands, we have developed a close relationship that allows us to offer more customizable and efficient solutions to our customers. No matter how large of a grow you have, we have custom-built water filtration options for any grower, in any state, with any water conditions.
Depending on your company's needs, we can tailor a fully custom set-up designed specifically for your facility layout and day-to-day processes. Our state-of-the-art custom RO systems will deliver consistent and predictable results with little to no maintenance. Below we list some common features offered by our custom RO solutions.
We know not all horticulture growing facilities and their crops are the same. So why would a single system be ideal for everyone? It's simple, they aren't!
We utilize best-in-class design and engineering techniques to provide a comprehensive and quality solution that performs as engineered and meets each customer’s specific criteria. Solutions can include pre-treatment systems, membrane filtration systems, post-treatment systems, disinfection, and sterilization systems, as well as components, such as membranes, filters, and housings.
We understand this process can be overwhelming at times, so we take the stress off by working directly with manufactures to get the best possible solution for you. Once the water quality on-site is known, we are able to custom build a water filtraion system based on your needs. We use details gathered from you to find the most cost-effective solutions thaat does not cut any corners.
A new age commercial or industrial reverse osmosis water filtration system is only has good as it is smart. Our commercial filtration systems use super intelligent digital controllers and monitoring systems. From measuring TDS, automatic system flushing, and controlling booster pumps to UV filtering, chemical injection, and low/high pressure shut-off, our sytems are enginnered with state-of-the-art computer micro-processors to make all features work together flowlessly to provide in-depth information and monitoring.
A Look At Some Popular Commercial RO Systems
Fully customizable, flexible, and scalable commercial reverse osmosis water filtration systems for commercial and industrial appications.
AXEON X1, R1 & PWS-Series
For over 33 years, AXEON has been manufacturing membranes and designing reverse osmosis systems for overall superior performance, high recovery rates, minimal energy consumption and greater savings with low maintenance and low operation costs. Made in the USA!
Growoinix CX Series
The strategy behind the CX Series is simple: Build the highest quality, most efficient water filter, tuned specifically to meet the rigors of the industry. Each filter system is designed, hand built, and tested right here in the United States, using American made, top-of-the-line fittings and tubing.
Need more flow? Buy two and have operational redundancy, safeguarding against maintenance downtime.
Recycling is a standard feature on every CX Series model. It is a fluid circuit topology that routes the drain water from the membrane stack back through the membranes again for another pass—often called a "second pass" system. Recycling allows for reverse system ratios such as 1 part drain to 4 parts purified water. The circuit contains a stainless needle valve and precision flow meter to adjust the dynamics.
Hyper-Logic By Hydro Logic
Each system is custom built based on water chemistry and site specific needs, ensuring successful water management solutions for maximum productivity and efficiency.
Our custom systems feature the lowest wastewater to product water ratios in the hydroponic industry, with up to an ultra-efficient 80% recovery rate. HydroLogic Commercial Reverse Osmosis water purification systems are leak and performance tested and will arrive in perfect working order having already passed our stringent quality assurance guidelines.
Our large and fully customizable RO filtration systems are available from multiple top brands. Depending on your goals, current water situation, and your budget, we can work with our manufacturers to come up with a very specific system that accounts for all variables at your location.
AXEON Water Technologies leads the way in developing innovative membrane filtration technologies that serve a diverse range of industries and applications around the globe. AXEON provides comprehensive purification and separation solutions to many markets and industries. AXEON is focused on helping thousands of its customers to recover high value products, reduce their water footprint, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
The CX Series is the newest and most efficient offering from GrowoniX. Built like a tank it’s the German automobile of reverse osmosis. A sleek and slender design with plenty of features and upgrades. Ships as an all-in-one water treatment plant to fulfill just about any demand. With our new programmable digital controller, the CX Series boasts an optional permeate flush circuit, which cleans out the entire system with permeate water after every run cycle—first ever offered in the industry.
Each Hyper-Logic system is custom built based on water chemistry and site specific needs, ensuring successful water management solutions for maximum productivity and efficiency.
Both city and well water sources typically carry important plant nutrients that are not readily bio-available to the plant, a common chemical condition which can cause nutrient lockout. The remedy is simple: Treating water with a commercial reverse osmosis system guarantees a consistent, clean base for mixing nutrient formulas that contain compounds optimized for maximum uptake. In fact, nutrient formulas are calibrated with reverse osmosis water for accuracy and consistency.
Furthermore, cultivators using beneficial bacteria must have chlorine and chloramine-free water for helpful microbes to survive. All city water contains chlorine and/or chloramines to kill microorganisms, which must be removed with either a carbon filter or reverse osmosis system to protect root health and beneficial bacteria.
With the strict product testing standards of legalization, growers need to control every variable capable of introducing contamination. Many states are testing for contaminants like heavy metals and bacteria, which can be introduced through raw, unfiltered water. For growers striving to comply with regulations and produce the highest quality product possible, consistently pure water is an essential ingredient.
After years and years of trial and error, professional growers realize the importance of a pure water base as the foundation for a healthy, premium value crop. The best method for providing clean water is usiung a custimized commercial reverse osmosis system, built to address site-specific water chemistry.
Using reverse osmosis for water filtration is the most economical, efficient, and reliable way to ensure consistently pure water quality used for growing. Heavy metals, medications, pesticides, and other kinds of toxic materials are making their way into the water supply. With an intensified regulatory focus on product quality and safety, commercial reverse osmosis is becoming a crucial component of crafting a top-shelf, legally compliant product.
