The AXEON® Calcite Upflow System, 13" x 54", uses advanced calcite pH-adjusting media to correct acidic water to a noncorrosive equilibrium. Designed for maximum performance with minimal maintenance, this system is ideal upstream of RO membranes, boilers, and plumbing where low pH water causes corrosion, staining, or premature equipment failure.
The 13" x 54" tank holds 2.5 cubic feet of calcite media with a recommended service flow of 2.8 - 5.6 gpm and estimated peak flow of 17 gpm. As the media is consumed neutralizing acidic water, it will gradually deplete and require periodic replenishment - made easy by the quick-disconnect built into the Clack 1191 In/Out valve. Ships media pre-loaded with no electrical requirements.
