Dosatrons New Mega-Flo Chemical Injectors

The latest addition to the Dosatron line of fertilizer and chemical injectors is the NEW Mega-Flo Solution with patented Diversion Technology!

This new series has a high water flow capacity of 400 gallons per minute, with an injection range of 0.003% – 0.5 % (1:30,000 to 1:200).

This high flow fertilizer pump has a maximum flow of 400 GPM and a minimum flow of 110 GPM with a 4” flange connection. The D400 fertilizer injectors are great for a number of applications, suchas nutrients, fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and much more.

Dilution / Injection Range

The Ratio Range for doser dilution is the range of rates that doser can be adjusted to for specific amount of chemical injection into the water supply. Most dosers can be adjusted within a range of dilution amounts and other dosers have fixed dilution amounts.

EX: Dilution range of 1:500 to 1:50 gives us a percentage of solution to water of 0.2% to 2%. This essentially tells us the percentage of chemical mixture dosed into the water supply.

Installation Options

Parallel Installation - Allows for water flow up rates to 1,200 GPM

Series Installation - Allows for simultaneous dosing of three different solutions at different dilution rates
