High-Pressure Aeroponics
There are two main types of aeroponics used by hobby growers, low-pressure & high-pressure. Low-pressure aeroponics is the most commonly used for it's general ease of use set up. High-pressure aeroponics emit a much finer mist than it's low-pressure counterpart. The benefits of a finer mist include more efficient nutrient and water coverage while allowing your roots maximum oxygen access. This gives the plant bigger, stronger, healthier roots. Sensors
The system monitors environmental conditions such as climate temperature, humidity; as well as nutrient temperature, EC, pH and reservoir capacity, and flow rate.
Environment Regulators
The system regulates nutrient temperature via built-in Temperature Control, manages reservoir volume via Nutrient Inlet/Outlet, controls misting schedule via solenoids, schedules light intensity and spectrum, and functions such as a thermostat. Via provided auxiliary switches, the system can also manage CO2 tank release, vents and other equipment.
Smart Controller
The automation of the sensing and actuation is implemented by Bifarm's smart controller powered by GrowOS. The smart controller runs autonomously and can be managed by groups in commercial facilities.
