Counter-rotating tumbler system

Counter-rotating tumbler system that allows the wet or dry material to gently tumble in each barrel which are designed with patented angled slots. The Right Barrel rotates clockwise, while the Left Barrel rotates counter-clockwise. With this rotation we only use ONE reel cutter precisely positioned for the best cutting action on both barrels.

This counter-rotating system encourages the material to naturally roll into the cutting zone over the reel cutter. This gentle and effective tumbling action helps to retain the trichomes.

Adjustable tumbler speed and tilt control

This allows the operator to adjust the flow rate for the best cut while the machine is running while also fine tuning the barrel speed for different strains of flower. Dense flower will move more quickly and light fluffy flower will need to be slowed down with less tilt and tumbler rpm.

Easy to clean and maintain

The Zoom Pro has been designed to be quickly taken apart with no tools. We use slide pins that are simple and quick to operate. All the shrouds can be removed in minutes for pressure washing the machine. The stationary blades swing up to make it easy to clean underneath. This will help reduce the cleaning time

Swing Blade Technologies

Simply remove the pins on each side of the stationary blade. Swing the blade up to access the underneath to clean the buildup. There are two stationary blades on each Zoom Pro machine.

Hybrid Tumblers or Narrow Slots Tumblers

Our Angled Hybrid tumblers (left & right) are used for trimming wet and large dry flowers. Our Angled Narrow Slots tumblers(left & right) are used to trim small fragile dry flowers. The options at the top allow for the purchase of just the 2 hybrid tumblers or the hybrid + the set of narrow slot tumblers for dry flower.

Run tandem to get a top-quality cut and increase the production capacity. ZOOM Pro is tandem ready. Linking two ZOOM Pro in tandem increases the feed rate and provides a excellent quality trimmed flower
