Trimpro Rotor User Instructions

The Trimpro Rotor with Workstation is an incredible wet trimming system that helps you achieve harvest automation while still enjoying a tight, top-shelf trim. It's designed only for wet flower, and attempting to use dry product may cause damage to the machine, along with your flower.

Why Invest In The Trimpro Rotor with Workstation?

Hobby and commercial growers alike have long been seeking a gentle, efficient wet trimming machine that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The Trimpro Rotor with Workstation is affordable, easy to use, and gets your harvest knocked out in a few hours or days, as opposed to weeks when trimming by hand.

This allows you to save time and money on human workers, and get your product into the drying and curing stages quicker. It's features include a high speed, adjustable blade, easy use, flexibility of trim, and minimal maintenance/cleaning.

Gently Trim Your Flower

The Trimpro Rotor with Workstation employs soft leather fingers, which circulate your product across the non-stick grate. This grate houses razor sharp, tempered steel blades which get you a tight, consistent trim. The leather fingers tumble flower across the grate so they get trimmed on all sides, for picture-perfect bud! If you would prefer a machine that uses air to circulate the flower for less agitation of trichomes, check out the Trimpro Automatik series.

A User-Friendly Trimming Machine

Hand trimming sucks, and causes frustration and hand cramps coupled with inconsistency from human trimmer to human trimmer. The Trimpro Rotor with Workstation, on the other hand, is super easy to use! Simply place your fresh flowers into the upper chamber after separating them from their branches. From there, the rotor will do the rest, using the leather fingers to move flower across the grate, getting a tight, quality trim without damaging any of your delicate buds.

Because it's built at an angle, easily tip the machine to empty it upon completion of the trimming cycle. swing the latch open, and remove your flowers. The mesh bag below will catch all your trim, making it easy to preserve that for extracts!

Minimal Maintenace & Easy Cleaning

Cleaning and maintaining the Trimpro Rotor with Workstation is easier than you could ever imagine. You can easily remove the blade assembly to sharpen and clean them, ensuring a tight, quality trim use after use. Cleaning the grate your flower tumbles across is even easier, requiring just a bit of isopropyl and a cloth between uses.

This is a premium trimmer, and you shouldn't experience too many issues, if any. But, we have all the replacement parts you could need for the Trimpro Rotor with workstation here at Hydrobuilder!

Product Q&A

Trimpro Rotor with Workstation Questions & Answers

How Do I clean My Trimpro Machine?
Use a plastic scraper to collect the pollen build-up. Do not use a metal scraper as it might scratch the coating on the grate and the blade. Use a cloth with rubbing alcohol to finish cleaning it.

How Do I Clean My Trimpro Bag?
Soak the bag in warm water, rub off the build up. You can also soak it in rubbing alcohol for a short amount of time, rub off the residue and simply pass it through some running water to finish cleaning it.

How Do I Adjust The Height Of My Trimpro Blade?
Blade height adjustment instructions can be found for each machine on their respective instruction sheet.

How Often Should I Sharpen My Trimpro Blade?
Trimpro blades are made of tempered steel which makes them very tough and gives them a great lifespan. It is important for the quality of your manicure to keep them sharp. It is manufacturer recommend to have them sharpened every 6 months to every year (highly depending on usage).

How Do I Sharpen My Trimpro Blade?
Sharpening the blade on Trimpro trimmers is a simple process. The most important part of the process is that you should not remove the blade from the hub to which it is attached! The tempered steel blades are balanced on the aluminum hub, allowing optimal operation of the trimmers. If the blade is separated from the hub there is no guaranty that the assembly will be balanced when you put it back into the machine. Sharpening instructions can be found for each machine on their respective instruction sheet.

How Do I Change The Amount Of Air Suction On My Trimpro Machine?
On every machine (except the Rotor) you can bend the flaps upwards to reduce their angle. This creates less air displacement, thus decreasing the amount of suction. You can bend the flaps downwards to increase their angle. This creates more air displacement thus increasing the amount of suction. *CAUTION: When bending the flaps downwards, make sure the flaps do not hit the metal wire brake line.

How Long Is The Warranty On My Trimpro Machine?
There is one year warranty for defective parts. If you are making a warranty claim, please have in hand the serial number engraved on the underside of the frame of the machine.
