LightRail 4.20 will move any grow lights/ any hoods, multiple sizes and weights and is a scalable system where up to three indoor grow lights can move in-line with the use of one Motor. LightRail is just right for any indoor grow equipment set up including indoor grow light systems, seasonal greenhouse lighting, all season greenhouse grow lights, grow tent set ups and commercial grower facilities.

LightRail 4.20 AdjustaDrive Kit comes complete with a variable speed LightRail 4.0 AdjustaDrive Motor, a two-piece 2 meter (6’6”) Rail, an Add A Lamp Kit with another 2-meter Rail, Push/Pull Rod, Auxiliary Trolley, instructions and hardware for moving two lights with the enclosed Motor. In addition, this indoor grow Kit comes with pre-installed Extreme Duty Trolley Wheels rated to 60 lbs, and these wheels have a lifetime warranty!

LightRail 4.20 has a 0-60 second adjustable time delay for promoting even growth from end to end. Plus, this grow light mover has the added feature of two to four feet per minute (.6m–1.2m) adjustable speed control. That feature covers a wide range of indoor grow lamp intensities and travel distances. LightRail 4.20 is great for customers who want that additional grow light system control. In addition, the travel length can be set anywhere along the Rail by placing the Switch Stop stoppers where you like.

Note: The LightRail 4.0 Motor of the LightRail 4.20 Kit has an adaptable transformer power cord and runs on 12 VDC so works in the US, Canada, Europe and all other countries. A proper country-specific plug end would be needed, and we have EU and UK plug ends available upon request.

Light Rail 4.20 is designed for inline travel. If you want to move two grow lamps side by side, you can simply run two Light Rail 3.5 Kits or two Light Rail 4.0 Kits parallel to each other. Or, Light Rail 5.0 is designed specifically for side by side travel.

Indoor plant light should always be maximized

LightRail 4.20, with DIY light mover for scalability, works for any indoor growing system. And, that’s end to end and row after row for that scalability. LightRail light movers should be considered an important part of the indoor grow kit, no matter the size of the operation. The indoor grow lights of our grow light system can absolutely be maximized. Grow equipment, especially indoor plant light, should always be maximized to achieve faster growth and much better yields. It’s all about grow lamp bravery, with each grow lamp now closer, stronger and more effective. And, LightRail is the most effective way to get the most out of our indoor plant light. It’s simply an integral part of our indoor grow setup.

A closer grow light system = a more efficient use of the wattage/PAR available

So, we can now get rid of the shadow patterns that stationary grow lamps give us. Also with stationary indoor grow lights, light energy can be lost. And, that’s because it cannot diversify itself in order to allow our plants to absorb it at the optimum levels. LightRail light movers, however, shines the correct intensity of indoor grow light on the leaves for 40% of the photoperiod. And, that’s perfection. This allows the plants to reach optimum Leaf Area Index, the most important factor in increasing yield. Also, by moving our indoor grow lights, we can now safely get our grow light system closer. That’s a closer grow light system to our plants for a more efficient use of the wattage and PAR available.

It’s how the sun works

We know… Stationary grow light systems only shine light on the parts of the leaves that are directly beneath it. This can cause limited growth and even damage to the plant similar to sunburn. LightRail indoor grow light kits solve this problem by moving our grow light systems over the tops of plants. So, the leaves then get light at different angles. And, this is much more natural and it’s how the sun works.
