The HBX Seed Starter Kit was designed to give your seedlings a strong start while keeping cost to a minimum. The propagation kit includes a seedling tray and a clear, vented dome which allows light to reach your seedlings and maintains them in their preferred environment. The easy-to-use Root Plug Insert Tray (with 50 Foam Plugs) works harmoniously with the tray and dome, and the included heatmat will guarantee an optimal root-zone temperature for your seedlings.

Instructions
After sourcing your favorite seeds, insert them into the holes of the root plugs and set them in the insert tray. Make sure the root plugs are moist by lightly squeezing them - moisture should appear at the top. If root plugs are dry, moisten with spray bottle - maintain the humidity within the dome with regular misting. Use the heat mat to regulate root zone temperature, and the adjustable vented dome to regulate humidity. Empty water from seedling tray regularly to prevent excess moisture.
- Place seeds into the holes of the root plugs
- Keep tray in a warm, well-lit place until germination
- Keep root plugs moist, but not saturated
- Transplant when roots are visible

The HBX 50 Cell Root Plug Insert Tray fits into all standard 10" x 20" trays. Use your favorite media to sprout up to 50 seedlings. Use this lightweight & durable insert tray in conjunction with our Seedling Tray, Vented Dome, and Heat Mat for best results.
HBX Root Plugs
The HBX Root Plugs are made of naturally composted materials, it contains natural beneficial fungi and can be inoculated with other biological controls. It is an optimally aerated medium that naturally maintains the proper air/water ratio to promote healthy growth.
HBX 7" Vented Propagation Dome
This 7" tall dome gives your seedlings ample room to grow. Comes complete with two adjustable vents at the top to ensure proper humidity control. This dome is also compatible with the use of grow lights.
HBX Seedling Heat Mat, 10" x 20"
Hydrobuilder's Seedling Heat Mat warms the root area of seedling 10-20 degrees above the ambient air temperature, significantly improving the germination process and the success rate of seedlings and cuttings. 6' power cord
