Looking for an inexpensive and easy way to grow hydroponically? The Grow1 Deep Water Culture Kit is the answer! Super easy to use, the Grow1 DWC kit system allows you to get up and growing in no time, with very little effort.
In a Deep Water Culture system, the plant roots are immersed in an oxygen infused and nutrient rich water reservoir. The oxygen rich solution helps build healthy root systems faster and more efficiently than soil which results in superior plant growth and higher yields in your overall production!
There is no water pump. The system gravity feeds from the epicenter to the buckets.

If you've read our Hydroponics 101 guide, you know this is not exactly a simple growing style. But, the Grow1 DWC 4 Bucket System makes it as easy as possible. Hard to keep all the buckets the same and have to monitor each separate because it's not circulating. You'd be better off with 3 single buckets in a 4x4 IMO

This is a simple but effective DWC system that you could easily DIY for much less. The fifth bucket is a reservoir, but this is not a recirculating system (RDWC)... but it works.
IMPORTANT: instructions consist of a single sheet of paper, just an exploded diagram, but it's simple to construct.
Good news: Setup is fast because you get pre-drilled buckets and all of the valves, fittings, grommets, and air stones you need. The kit includes an air pump, too.
Bad news: the air stones and air pump are low quality. You WILL need to upgrade both -- call the Hydrobuilder guys, they'll help you get what you need.
I also strongly advise buying a 1/10 hp chiller, because you want to maintain 75 F air temps and 68-70 water temps. Also, buy Hydroguard for beneficial bacteria (or go sterile via Dutch Master Zone).
