How We Did It
We developed Mammoth® P by screening billions of soil microorganisms to identify those that most efficiently release bound phosphorus in soil and other growing media, and make it available to plants. Using this proprietary trait selection platform ultimately resulted in a consortium of soil bacteria that are up to 30x more effective than microbial communities found in nature at releasing bound soil Phosphorous for plant absorption.

MAMMOTH P contains microbial nutrition that occurs naturally in soil bacteria, making it extremely effective for growing plants. The beneficial bacteria in MAMMOTH P are able to naturally cycle more phosphorus and other micro-nutrients in the plant-root system, thus enhancing release of the nutrients for plant uptake.
Hydro
MAMMOTH P is effective in hydroponic systems due to the careful selection and cultivation of microbes and hydroponic nutrients that thrive in a hydro environment.
Super Soil
MAMMOTH P primarily helps mobilize mineral and organic phosphates to promote healthy plant growth and improve plant yield. These microbes are very effective at mineralizing slow release fertilizers found in many ‘all in one’ water only soils, such as super soil and recycled soils.

What is the shelf life of MAMMOTH P?
MAMMOTH P is a stable and organically-derived natural product. Unopened, MAMMOTH P will remain effective for two years after the manufacture date. Once opened, we recommend using your MAMMOTH P within one year for best results. The manufacture date can be found in the bottom right hand corner of the back side of the bottle. From left to right the numbers indicate the day, month, and year in which the bottle was manufactured, followed by the lot number of the bottle.
Why are some bottles of MAMMOTH P darker in color?
MAMMOTH P may darken over time, and different colorization is completely normal. This is due to naturally-occurring redox reactions in the alfalfa extract that we use in our formula. Redox reactions are completely natural occurrences in all living materials. In general, redox reactions occur when oxygen mixes in with the formula, which causes a darker color. We have rigorously tested color variation and effectiveness of the microbes in MAMMOTH P and we’ve found that the product is equally as effective, no matter what the color.
Why are there chunks floating in my bottle of MAMMOTH P?
It is completely normal to see sediment floating in your bottle of MAMMOTH P, being that it is an active microbial product. The sediment does not influence the effectiveness of the product and will not cause harm to your plants in any way. We simply recommend shaking your bottle of MAMMOTH P well before using.
