Esybox Max by Dab Pumps is an integrated water booster pumping system for water pressurization in Commercial Irrigation applications. Available in two power sizes, the Esybox Max consists of modular elements that allow different configurations to cover the needs of the application. Use the DAB ESYDOCK double and triple, to combine multiple pumps into a single pump system. Esybox Max is the most compact and integrated booster set available on the market compared with any traditional solution.

Integrated pumping system for pressurization in commercial building service. Available in two power sizes, it consists of modular elements that allow different configurations to cover the needs of medium/large condominiums and high buildings (even over 14 floors). Each unit consists of the single, double or triple connection base and the pumping units; a four-pumps system is available with the additional kit to connect two double bases. The modular construction allows to assemble the pumping groups directly at the installation site (O.S.A. concept). The silence and compactness of dimensions allow installation in all rooms, even inhabited. Another important feature of this pump is the possibility to operate in booster mode with a maximum intake pressure of 5.0 bar.

A: The integrated expansion tank is used to manage small leaks in the system, not to provide a water reserve for user requests. We advise to add an expansion tank of the desired capacity to the system by connecting it to the delivery pipe (and not on the suction). Q: What do I need to install Esybox Max on the site?
A: Esybox Max is an OSA (On Site Assembly) product, therefore the final assembly process of a product is done directly in the place where it will be placed, instead of in the factory. Esybox Max is conceived from the design stage with all possible uses in mind. The box contains everything necessary for assembly, like a multi-purpose tool, which can be used for example to join the pump to Esydock or to unscrew the pump caps. A: It depends on whether the installation is under head or over head. In the above head installation, access the technical compartment and using the multi-purpose tool (or a screwdriver) remove the filler cap and slowly fill Esybox Max with clean water (11 liters), slowly to allow the air to escape. In the under head installation it is not necessary to manually fill the system but it is necessary to partially unscrew the filling cap during the first start-up to let the air out. In the installation has a flooded suction, it is not necessary to manually fill the system, but it is necessary to partially unscrew the filling cap during the first start-up to let the air out. Once filled it is necessary to screw the cap back on completely.
